These Terms govern your use of the Norditropin.mx website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. A Spanish version is available on request; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
The Site is operated by Corp 001 (RFC CUN1905221K7), with domicile at Carretera Libre Tijuana–Ensenada 3009, Local 2, Colonia Playa Encantada, Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, C.P. 22713, México. Corp 001 holds an Aviso de Funcionamiento with the Mexican health authority COFEPRIS under Homoclave Cofepris-05 ("Insumos para la Salud"), N° 200203506X0020, filed on 02/06/2020.
The Site is an educational information resource about Norditropin® (somatropin) therapy available through licensed Mexican pharmacies. The Site does not sell pharmaceutical products, accept payments, or dispense medications. Ordering, prescription intake, and dispensing are conducted by our affiliated pharmacy through the separate website hghmexico.mx, which has its own terms of service.
Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace consultation with a physician licensed to practice in your jurisdiction. No physician–patient relationship is created by your use of the Site. Norditropin® (somatropin) is a prescription medicine classified under Mexican law as an Insumo para la Salud requiring a medical prescription. Our affiliated pharmacy dispenses only against a valid prescription issued by a physician holding a Mexican cédula profesional, and only for delivery to an address within the United Mexican States. The affiliated pharmacy does not dispense for non-approved indications (including anti-aging, athletic performance, or bodybuilding).
Our affiliated pharmacy operates exclusively within Mexico. Users who reside outside Mexico are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their country of residence regarding the importation, possession, and use of prescription medicines. Nothing on the Site should be construed as an inducement or instruction to import prescription medicines into any country in contravention of local law. In particular, human growth hormone is subject to specific restrictions in certain jurisdictions, including the United States.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by Corp 001 or used with permission and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
"Norditropin" and "FlexPro" are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Use of these trademarks on the Site is nominative — limited to identifying the product that our affiliated pharmacy dispenses. Corp 001 is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, Corp 001 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on the Site is accurate, current, or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corp 001 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Mexican law.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice (Aviso de Privacidad Integral), which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at norditropin.mx/terms with a "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the home page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Tijuana, State of Baja California, México, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
