Ordering and prescription

Do I need a Mexican prescription?

Yes. The pharmacy dispenses Norditropin® only against a prescription issued by a physician holding a valid Mexican cédula profesional. A prescription issued in another country is not accepted for Mexican dispensing.

I don't have a Mexican physician — what do I do?

You will need to consult with a Mexican physician before we can dispense. We can refer you to licensed physicians in the Tijuana–Rosarito area who see English-speaking patients. Contact us through our affiliated pharmacy for a referral.

Will a U.S. or other foreign prescription work?

No. Mexican pharmacies are required to dispense Group-IV prescription medicines against a Mexican prescription only.

Can I upload my prescription?

Yes. Our affiliated pharmacy allows prescription upload during checkout. The pharmacy's responsable sanitario reviews each uploaded prescription before dispensing.

Delivery and logistics

Do you ship outside Mexico?

No. Delivery is to Mexican addresses only. We do not ship to the United States, Canada, or any other country.

How is the medication shipped?

Norditropin® must be kept refrigerated. Shipments use insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain the cold chain during transit to your Mexican address.

How long does delivery take?

Within Mexico, typical delivery is 1–3 business days after the pharmacy clears your prescription and payment. Timing varies by destination and courier.

Which strengths are available?

Norditropin® FlexPro® pens are typically available in 5 mg, 10 mg, and 15 mg strengths in Mexico. Availability is subject to distributor supply.

Is this authentic Norditropin®?

Our affiliated pharmacy sources Norditropin® through authorized Mexican distribution channels. "Norditropin" is a registered trademark of Novo Nordisk A/S. We are an independent pharmacy, not affiliated with or endorsed by Novo Nordisk.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our affiliated pharmacy accepts payment in USDC stablecoin through a self-hosted payment gateway. Detailed instructions are provided at checkout.

Off-label / non-medical use

Can I get Norditropin® for anti-aging or athletic performance?

No. We dispense only for physician-prescribed, medically indicated use as established by the prescribing physician. Prescriptions for non-approved indications will be declined.
